Process work first, technical build second
Agencies that implement CRM platforms or manage a firm's marketing systems sometimes reach a point where the underlying intake process is the actual constraint, not the software configuration. Rebuilding a form or automation on top of a broken process tends to just move the friction somewhere else. We are often brought in at that point to map the process properly before further technical work continues.
We work from your platform, not around it
If your agency has already selected or implemented a CRM for a professional services client, we treat that platform as fixed and design the intake forms and automation rules to work within it. We are not tied to a particular CRM vendor and have configured integrations across several of the systems commonly used by Australian legal and accounting practices.
Where a joint engagement makes sense, we are glad to work alongside your implementation team, with clear boundaries around who owns which part of the deliverable.
How a referral typically proceeds
Initial introduction
A short call between your team and ours to confirm the client's context and whether an onboarding review is a good fit for their situation.
Scope confirmation
We agree in writing what falls under our mapping and design work, and what remains with your existing engagement or platform build.
Parallel or sequential delivery
Depending on the client's timeline, our process work runs either before your technical build or alongside it, with regular check-ins between teams.
Shared handover
Findings and recommendations are documented in a format both teams can reference, so nothing depends on informal knowledge held by one party.
Lead generation and onboarding are separate problems
Marketing agencies sometimes find that a firm's conversion rate from enquiry to signed client looks reasonable, while the client's actual experience after signing lags well behind. That gap sits outside a typical marketing mandate. We take on that portion of the client journey specifically, from signature through to first substantive engagement, without touching the earlier lead generation or acquisition work your agency manages.
