Every engagement has one consultant who stays for the duration
Onboarding projects touch reception staff, fee earners, IT administrators and partners, often within the same week. Continuity matters more than headcount here. That is why each firm works with a single lead consultant from the initial process mapping through to the final measurement report, supported by specialists only where a specific system or integration requires it.
Mara Elson

Devon Achterberg

Priya Ramanathan
Process Mapping Analyst
Leads the discovery phase for larger multi-office engagements, running the workshops and shadowing sessions that surface undocumented intake steps.
Tom Okafor
Automation and Measurement Lead
Builds the welcome sequence logic and the time-to-first-engagement dashboards firms use to track progress once a new process is live.
No large teams, no long ramp-up
A typical engagement involves one lead consultant and, where needed, a second specialist for a specific technical piece such as CRM field mapping. We avoid staffing projects with rotating junior analysts, since much of the value in this work comes from a consultant remembering context from a conversation three weeks earlier.
Most firms we work with have between five and eighty fee earners. The team scales its involvement to match, spending more time on discovery for larger, multi-office practices and moving faster through smaller, single-office engagements.
